We are an accredited, SAMM (Skim Akreditasi  Makmal Malaysia) Malaysia-based laboratory, with very well trained and experienced technicians able to accomplish your temperature and humidity calibration both on-site and in our laboratory. We calibrate all types of temperature and humidity instruments regardless the industries, for instance Food and Beverage manufacturing industry, Pharmaceutical, Chemical plants, both private and government Hospitals, both private and government Laboratory, Testing laboratory, Commercial Kitchen, Hotels, Quarry, Palm Oil Industry etc.

TYPES OF ELECTRICAL CALIBRATION

Low Frequency

In the low-frequency laboratory of PREMIER CALIBRATION SDN BHD, various electrical standard measuring devices are calibrated with the lowest measurement uncertainties. Digital multimeters, current clamps and power packs are classic objects of low-frequency technology, in which direct and alternating current values in particular are calibrated. Depending on the accuracy class, different references (precision resistors, calibrators such as Fluke 5520, 5700, 5320 or 6105  are used. The calibration of the power measuring devices takes place in the direct measuring process via three measuring stations specially set up for this purpose. The traceability of these measuring stations takes place in our in-house reference laboratory.

In the low-frequency range, we specialize in the following measuring devices:

  • Digital multimeter up to 6.5 digits
  • Current clamps and converters up to 1000 A
  • Safety testers (VDI/VDE test devices)
  • High voltage measuring devices, dividers and sources up to 50 kV

High Frequency

The field of high-frequency technology deals with rapidly changing current and voltage curves and their propagation. Typical measurements in this area are HF power, HF reflection, modulation, frequency and HF attenuation. These five basic variables of high-frequency technology and the variables derived from them can be precisely and traceably calibrated in our accredited laboratory area at six ultra-modern measuring stations.

In the high-frequency range, we specialize in the following measuring devices:

  • Spectrum and network analyzers

  • Passive single and multi-port components such as directional couplers or power splitters

Reference Measurement Technology

In addition to high-precision multi-meters, this device class also includes the calibrators we use in our laboratories. Depending on the area of application, the calibration of these devices requires a wide range of measurement technology that is within the range of state institutes in terms of accuracy. In our in-house reference laboratory, we enable the calibration of exactly these references at three measuring stations. The return in this area takes place directly via the connection to various state institutes such as PTB or METAS. In addition, we have one of the smallest measurement uncertainties of all DAkkS laboratories.

In reference to measurement technology, we specialize in the following measuring devices:

  • Digital multi-meter from 7.5 digits
  • Reference calibrators such as Fluke 5520, 5700, 6105, 5320, 5790
  • Passive standards such as inductances, capacitances, resistances (AC and DC) DC standards.
